As the owner of R.S. Hopkins, I bring 26 years of construction experience to your project. I’ve worked my way up from carpenter for a small New England contractor and specialist with exterior claddings like stucco and brick to superintendent, estimator, purchasing manager and operations manager for one of the nation's largest Fortune 500 builders. The valuable experience I gained working in these positions enables me to skillfully manage a variety of customized construction projects.

My wife Susan, two children and I moved to Oak Ridge six years ago and quickly fell in love with the area. I have enjoyed making the move from a Fortune 500 national builder to a local custom builder and remodeler offering hassle-free building.
